In reply to Jennifer. Hi Jennifer, it sounds like your oven could run a bit hot—you can get an oven thermometer if you want to check and adjust as needed. Otherwise, I would take them out based on the indicator, when they're mostly set and a toothpick inserted comes out with just a few crumbs attached, regardless of the time.

I love this recipe, it tastes AMAZING! But it always ends up burnt on my end. I do exactly as the recipe says- it took less than 20 minutes to burn up and completely harden. Is it something I did? Could it be my oven? Is there anything I can do to prevent that from happening?

Love this recipe, it tastes delicious. I decided to rate it a five, even though while mixing it, it didn’t have enough liquid to form a brownie texture. I added a couple of extra tablespoons of milk and it worked perfectly. Love the recipe, my family loved it! 🙂

Thank you! My family was craving brownies and so I searched online for a recipe and decided to try yours. So glad I did because they came out great. My family loved them. I added semi sweet chocolate chips and milk instead of water, they were delicious.

I made these brownies using the olive oil and they were absolutely delicious. Once they came out of the oven I let them cool for about 10 minutes and then drizzled some homemade caramel on the top with some sea salt. Simply scrumptious. Thank you for the recipe; it was absolutely amazing
