I joined EISI in October 2003. I discovered my chosen career–technical writing–through pure and simple serendipity. Before EISI, I was the 'lone' technical writer at a small software company here in Winnipeg. Browser help is my main focus right now, but I also work on guides and the intranet site. I'm enjoying the camaraderie of working with other writers again.
When I'm not at work...
I love to garden, walk my golden retriever, read novels, and spend time with my family (husband Ziggy; 3 kids–Josh (Sarah), Jennifer (Jason), Anna-Marie; and 3 grandkids–Hayden, Isaac, and Riley). My husband and I enjoy entertaining and we love to travel. We've been to Europe twice in the last five years and we hope to explore another part of the world soon.
