Since 2001, Dorothy has been a Technical Communications instructor at Red River College’s Notre Dame campus, where she teaches Communications in the Trades and Technology areas. Prior to this, she has worked as a journalist, a community development worker and consultant in the North, a manager in the provincial civil service, a career development consultant, and a high school English teacher. She has degrees in Arts (English major) and Education, and is currently finishing up her Master’s degree in Adult Education. In her spare time, Dorothy enjoys varied pursuits – traveling, the outdoors, reading, cooking, gardening, and the theatre.
